      Good place to learn new technologies, Management gives lot of opportunities for training. Management value the employees suggestions if it make sense to the business Salaries are paid as per industry standards Salaries are paid on Time Friendly team members Fixed work hours Multi cultural team

      In Few cases very strict on the in time There is no option for work from home Leave policy is not employee friendly

      Pros

      You will learn alot, since you will managing ample number of projects.

      Cons

      Their Work Culture sucks. The company is run by a lady who does not know to manage a company, treats them like slaves, you will be working like a dog for them and for very less salary. Most of the things is a one man show. If you want to ruin your life you can join this company.
