Good place to learn new technologies, Management gives lot of opportunities for training. Management value the employees suggestions if it make sense to the business Salaries are paid as per industry standards Salaries are paid on Time Friendly team members Fixed work hours Multi cultural team
Cons
In Few cases very strict on the in time There is no option for work from home Leave policy is not employee friendly
