* Project level management is worst when it comes to appraisal and promotion * Low salary and minimum opportunity to grow if one is not getting onsite * Unnecessary WBT tannings which are of no use to individual's aimed skills. * Bogus wings 1/2 for salary hike. (People can crack interviews and can switch with just 25% of the effort, what they put into clear wings and which also take 3-5 years to complete)
