Pros
Decent Salary and Benefits although TD uses a quota system for merit increases and they rarely keep up with inflation unless you are in the top 5%.
Cons
Management hires tend to be folks who are good at song/dance game making unrealistic promises without understanding the underlying tasks. CEO Masrani (aka Bhrat the Butcher) puts no value on experience - shedding experienced staff by the thousands with little regard to where the work is going and replacing with contract and or off shore resources.
