Cons
Micro managing at its highest level. You will never be trusted to do your own job. Not only do managers hover over you while you're on calls, they then subject your peers to do it to you and then make sure they focus on everything you're doing wrong. No positive encouragement here folks, only constructive criticism. Oh, and expect to be spoken to like a child if you make ANY mistakes.
