      - Great benefits (great health care plan that starts immediately, 3 weeks vacation and 1 week of personal time, bonus) - Good compensation for the work - Shift premium for evening shifts

      Cons

      - You can never do enough. Once you achieve a target, it gets raised and raised. - Increased work given to employees without increasing salary - Management plays favourites. - Gets very repetitive
