      Pros

      Team environment, with rewarding pay and room to grow. You learn a lot about team work, customer service and sales in the retail environment.

      Cons

      The one negative aspect of TD retail is that you do not earn a commission on sales while in the FSR role. Thus you work so hard to make the sale, and are not directly rewarded
