They say they pay less than average because their benefits are so great... They are just average. No pros.
Cons
Management sucks. The lowest paying bank. Your supervisor will not listen to you. They don't help pay for certifications necessary for your field. They are all talk - will claim to help you out before they hire you, but will not in the end.
