Incompetent Human Resources which has lead to a complete circus within the company. There is a lot of prejudice and resistance between TD Banknorth and Commerce employees. They ask you to act like a complete moron and that WOWing the customers. You have to micro manage your employees to get anywhere. I am also embarrassed to say that I actually work under the same roof with some of my idiotic colleagues. No such thing as a decent raise unless you are looking at a promotion.
