Pros
Caring people, good promotional opportunities, in house classes to increase business acumen. They are not concerned about pushing sales, more about the customer experience which allows me to have a better business relationship with a customer and not push products on them all the time
Cons
work on weekends and at times they are not very lenient with the schedule. Have to be there at least 6 months before you are able to apply for other jobs or move around.
