7yGiven the anonymous nature of this review, it is challenging for us to effectively respond to the allegations cited within. That said, as an organization we pride ourselves on our reputation of integrity and conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical standards. Employees have a number of channels to surface concerns and issues, including an Ethics Line managed by a third-party company. Upon receipt of a complaint, the Company’s HR and/or Internal Audit team will conduct a prompt, thorough and fair investigation into the concerns, taking into consideration the rights and sensitivities of all parties involved. Any violations of the standards and policies contained within our organization’s Code of Conduct including, but not limited to, fraudulent activity, are subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including discharge. We encourage our employees to contact a member of the Human Resources team or the Ethics Line (800 589-3254) if they are aware of violations of any of the standards and policies contained within the Code of Conduct. Individuals reporting a possible violation of the Code are protected from retaliation of any kind.
