Pros

Very relaxed schedule as long as you’re making goal. Oftentimes the only fiber option in the area, so lot of easy sales to be had pre-sale. Very flexible schedule.

Cons

D2D. Lots of promotion changes. Even customers with a 2 year lock in rate experience these price increases. Tons of issues with installations. The chargebacks can get quite ridiculous (especially when customers cancel due to the technician). Not much growth opportunities.

- Great benefits - Great PTO/Sick time - Promote from within - Rigorous training schedule - Great on the job resources - Ability to work autonomously - Competent supervisors - Work from home - A fun job for people who love educating others on how things work and assisting them with technical issues

Cons

- Starting pay may be a little low for some people - Miscommunications about what departments handle what issues - Call center with varying amounts of calls per day (not necessarily a con) - Metrics for calls may be stressful for some

Great culture, work from home, healthcare, good pay and hours.

Cons

You are paid an hourly wage but only for hours worked, you may not be given as much work as you wish and be available for more time than actually worked.
