Pros
Great Team. Knowledgeable and courteous. The Engineering department is organized and meets challenges with a 'can do' attitude. The benefits are comparable. Training is adequate for those with less experience.
Cons
Upper management does not have the pulse of the Administrative professional or the other employees in mind. The compensation is average at best.
