      Reasonable access to resources/educational opportunities. Very nice 401k match and program. Competitive Base Salary Not overly high pressure or intensive for work hours/responsibilites

      Cons

      IT processes are stagnant from roughly 10 years back. Change resistance is exceptionally high, in part due to the above average length of employment.
