      You get good training, company gives you options to grow and send you to a lot of job related training, benefits are good and 401k is great

      Cons

      management does not gives you a fair evaluation in a job opening all depends of who you know and how long you being working for the company not your skills there is a lot of politics for promotions.

      PTO, HR accessibility, work environment (indoors, climate control), clear chain of command,

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
