      Pros

      Good facility/benifits when it was ADC.

      Cons

      Night shifts. Lot of name changes to the company. No proper structure. HR will create so many positions just to fool you. Contract, Trainee Associate , Associate, Senior Associate, SME, Process lead, Team Lead, Assistan Manager, Manager, Senior manager etc etc.. goes on.... Leave policy, Benefits keep on changing.

      PTO, HR accessibility, work environment (indoors, climate control), clear chain of command,

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
