Pros
I have to say that the company was good to me. The benefits were average. It's a mature environment where you have on average, 20+ year employees. It's a nice, workable environment
Cons
Sad to say that the company decided to shutter the factory and gave employees a 2-5 year notice. The management decisions are eye opening at times. One example: Announced to employees months in advance that they are scheduled off for a holiday and then announce a week before the holiday that they changed the the schedule and they have to work! Some of the workers had travel plans and had to break them! Management asks too much on the production worker to where the worker can't do their actual job! And then they get on the worker why their numbers are low!
