Benefits packages seem better than legacy company Large variety of internal skillsets
Cons
Our company was purchased more than a year ago, yet we're still not using TE's benefits packages or HR system. Months have gone by with no progress or communication, and then a large group shows up from corporate to update IT infrastructure, and they have clearly not been well informed on how our internal systems are set up.
