Pros
The benefits package is pretty good and employees rates are fair. Workforce employees are nice people an are very willing to help you along. More often than not, the work environment is pleasant.
Cons
A continual push to get more, quality work with less resources. These challenges are known within the managerial chain, yet the directives - and expectations - trickle down to the front-line workforce,
