Pros
Designers have a lot of freedom to be themselves, think creatively, and take as much time as needed to come up with solutions. The studios are beautiful and look like they inspire collaboration and teamwork.
Cons
There's an arrogant, entitled attitude that infects the place. Few opportunities for underrepresented groups. The bread and butter is the aviation side of the business but resources are wasted on trying to find out what to do with the "rest of the business."
