      Pros

      The pay structure is competitive and makes sense. The managers actually care about the employees, and will hear out any issues and actually assist when they are needed. There is never a moment where I feel like my opinion is not heard. There is also quarterly/annual get togethers which are a lot of fun!

      Cons

      I truly cannot think of any cons in working here.

      Pros

      Diverse technical exposure and opportunities for learning new technologies. Opportunities for growth since the org is relatively small and still growing. Great work-life balance and management is great.

      Cons

      Low pay for some roles, and bonuses tied to selling services and subscriptions (which can also be a pro if you are sales oriented). Expecting a higher than average knowledge for entry level positions that contribute to high turnover.
