Once you are intertwined with upper management you'll soon come to find cronyism, sweeping things under the rug, manipulation of numbers for corporate doesn't see what is really going on. Large amount of discrimination and bending the rules. Key employees are kept because they follow the unspoken rules. Newer hires who go against the grain and practice ethics are quickly dismissed in any way possible. There is so much smoke and mirrors here it's hard to see where to go.
