Excellent benefits package. Strong base of retail customers. Expansive product line.

Cons

A low morale working environment. Once you are intertwined with upper management you'll soon come to find cronyism, sweeping things under the rug, manipulation of numbers for corporate doesn't see what is really going on. Large amount of discrimination and bending the rules. Key employees are kept because they follow the unspoken rules. Newer hires who go against the grain and practice ethics are quickly dismissed in any way possible. There is so much smoke and mirrors here it's hard to see where to go.

Annual Salary above Market , Initial opportunity value seems good . Most workers at office are friendly and provide a good office environment which promotes openness and communication among Employees. Company attempts to convey a work environment which promotes respect and rewarding accomplishments for it's employees.

Cons

Company has an underlying local/hometown mentality which effects its business decisions. Finance department in constant audit status from home company due to former indiscretions of company founder. Company finance department hides personal wiithdrawels/expenditures of high level employees and misrepresents inventory value through intricate accounting practices. T/E for company managers grossly misrepresented for a few high level employees. Company accounting manager has intimidated/,manipulated staff to hide expeditures for outside sources. CEO drives Porsche car under company name but uses a different name to hide from employees.

Pros

The people. Nice group of people at the manufacturing level with years of experience.

Cons

Management is very unstable and prideful. A lot of politics with the emergence of the new management. Making too many changes at once that cost money and no measuring methods.
