- Long working hours everyday, OT is a must and a responsibly in this company, even you had finished up your tasks efficiently, you must sit in the office from half to 1 hour to "work hard" and "learn things" - No work life balance, you may need to work at holidays - Old fashion and bad to handle projects, the project schedule and requirement are always without any arrangements and communication - The talents are under paid and without any good work-life balance, they keep quitting after joined half or a year - Old school tech company, still using old and dumb tech to handle the technical requirement, specially when you tell the public you are innovative technology company, it's obviously a shame! - No benefits at all, only medical, not even a OT compensation leave. - Low salary comparing to the market - CEO is arrogant, should jump off his circle and learn how a successful startup company runs
