We are trying to gain market share and adding many assets. Base salary is very aggressive. Company vehicle provided with Fuel
Cons
Large component of commission is based on a NON LTL product. Issues with time in transit and very little communication from Service Centers. Management seems to only be concerned with what corporate wants and not the actual well being or success of their sales team. If you have a down month you could be threatened with your job.
