      I’ve been told that health insurance is available.

      Cons

      Job description says the shift is 5-9….not true. It’s 5 to whenever. Trailers come back with bad pro numbers. Almost all the Dock plates are broken…new hires last about a week.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
