      Coworkers demand a lot of patience Management demands even more patience Outdated equipment as well as equipment shortages Run down facility Outdoor facility, total exposure to the elements

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
