      pay and benefits are great.

      Cons

      the upper mgt have no idea how to run a freight company. Its a bunch of people who used to work for ups playing a numbers game and trying to run it like package still.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
