Great company match overshadowed by unprofessionalism and retaliation - Consultant Financial Services TIAA Employee Review

I was recently terminated do to whistle blower retaliation because I discovered collugues were skipping department process resulting in gross over performance that essentially made the role harder for any other consultant that wasn't cheating at the role. It was an extremely unprofessional experience.
