      Pros

      Great mission, some wonderful people, and a tremendous amount of opportunity. Very flexible with work/life balance. Great benefits, and fantastically quirky customers.

      Cons

      Can be very difficult to get things done. Goals are all over the place -- far too many priorities, and too much politics among senior management.

      Great work life balance, good benefits, decent pay, ease of running your own practice as an “advisor”, and healthy work environment

      Cons

      Management styles can vary and affect your experience, upper management doesn’t seem to be well equipped to ensure the organization’s success but it is resilient nonetheless.
