Pros

Benefits, responsible PTO for exempt employees, 4 month’s maternity/paternity leave, for the most part most managers that I’ve encountered are easy going (as long as you do your work, you’re good), pay is good.

Cons

C-suite executives lately are no where to be found. They roll out policies that affect our everyday lives (I.e. coming into the office 3 or more days per week notification by email with no details), but expect our individual managers to explain the policies to us without proper instructions.

Pros

Compensation is great for advisors once they are promoted to VP. Everyone else has to wait a year and hope for a good rating that's more of a game than merit based

Cons

Woke culture, reverse discrimination, very frustrating to do business with as a client
