Pros
The bulk of people at the base levels of the company are great! hard working, client focused, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to get their work done.
Cons
Upper level leadership, from MD and up, is completely disconnected from the issues that front line employees encounter. Decisions are made to keep each other happy at the top levels, and everyone else is left to try to piece things together. feedback loop to upper management is nonexistent, even if they try to pretend it's there.
