Cons
Head of HR is big-headed. Salary increments are now paid in "international standards" which means maximum you are going to get is a 1% - 3% annual increment from this year onwards. An absolute joke since the salary is not according to international standards. No proper sales team to get new projects. And because of that the employees' salaries are low and increments are a joke.
