I was offered a job that they claimed was new development. But what this company does is get abandoned software from Europe and give support and bug fixes. They have tech talked and events promoting all the new flashy tech, but most projects that bring in money run of software that are a few decades old. You will have to work on some ancient code that probably wont build on latest infrastructure. The top Sri Lankan management are just focused on keeping there jobs. I have seen them literally bow down in 2 in front of the foreign management. It was so embarrassing to even witness that. The working environment is an open office with people sitting shoulder to shoulder. And no one is allowed to talk. It gets really uncomfortable. If you want to talk you have to go to a meeting room. The white people from Norway treat regular employees as if they are intellectually impaired.

DO NOT join this company, it's financial unstable & firing permanent employees. Company is NOT doing well at the moment. They might offer you jobs at a higher salary, but dont be fooled. Do a background check.
