Pros

The original owners retired and it is now run by their kids. It has gone downhill steadily due to no experience in the business. You do not get the supplies or equipment you need. If you call out sick you will be browbeaten and chastized. Not a good environment at all. Super low quality and many complaints as you are not given enough time to clean properly.

Cons

No supervisor is available to bring things as basic as clean rags and cleaning chemicals. One of the upper-level managers told me they had trouble hiring because the owners don't like to hire "those people" meaning immigrants. All their equipment is 20 years old or older. When the specialty crew shows up it looks like they got their stuff at a flea market.

Pros

Very flexible schedules and competitive pay. Love the cleaning materials and products used for cleaning. Management is very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Working alone. Although some employees may consider this a pro.

Pros

Flexible Schedule. I cleaned office buildings in the evenings to help pay for my college. If I needed to stay at school late for any reason, I could just call my supervisor to let him know that I'd be in a few hours later than normal. During school breaks when I had more availability they were very accommodating offering me as many extra hours/shifts as i wanted.

Cons

I wish that they had more early morning work so that i could supplement my current income before i went to my full-time job.
