      Pros

      The original owners retired and it is now run by their kids. It has gone downhill steadily due to no experience in the business. You do not get the supplies or equipment you need. If you call out sick you will be browbeaten and chastized. Not a good environment at all. Super low quality and many complaints as you are not given enough time to clean properly.

      Cons

      No supervisor is available to bring things as basic as clean rags and cleaning chemicals. One of the upper-level managers told me they had trouble hiring because the owners don't like to hire "those people" meaning immigrants. All their equipment is 20 years old or older. When the specialty crew shows up it looks like they got their stuff at a flea market.

      Pros

      Pay is competitive, but only when they pay you correctly.

      Cons

      Management harassment is a huge issue there. They use and abuse you until you breakdown. I had to leave because I could not take it anymore and trust me I have thick skin. Scheduling problems. A lot of employee callouts. (hey can you blame them) Benefits are below average. Keep track of hours worked because every week I was short hours. When I left they would not give me my last paycheck. I gave them a 2 week notice. It took a threat of a small claims suit for me to get it months later. Turn over rate is high.
