I can't think of any downsides to working for TLC Medical. It is a wonderful company and the owners are top notch.

They are very family oriented and often celebrate the "work family" by buying lunches and having small celebrations for the employees.

There is not much room for advancement if you are not a member of the family. Also, the company pay is less than that of others in the same industry.
