      Nightmare employer! Beware!

      Pros

      There's nothing positive about working for this company other than you try to help patients the best you can. At first they seem like a good company but after you been there a month or so you will see how horribly this company is ran.

      Cons

      Worst job ever, hours get cut due to lack of funds, management is underhanded, they won't tell you that they can't pay you until payday. Unethical business practices.

      Pros

      This family owned and operated small business truly believes in providing its employees with thorough and intensive training to help them meet their business goals. They are very family oriented and often celebrate the "work family" by buying lunches and having small celebrations for the employees.

      Cons

      There is not much room for advancement if you are not a member of the family. Also, the company pay is less than that of others in the same industry.

      Pros

      The business office employees work very well together, much like a family. A great teamwork environment. There is room for advancement if you are willing to commit to the team and surpass expectations.

      Cons

      I can't think of any downsides to working for TLC Medical. It is a wonderful company and the owners are top notch.
