      Pros

      :- marketing is unrecognisable from just a few years ago :- team is full of talented and nice people :- communications continue to improve :- things improve noticeably every month that goes by. The team's output is more and more polished. :- good relationship with sales :- encouraged to apply for open positions or consider move abroad :- grateful for efforts to recognise performance :- starting to hear more about 2020 strategy :- CEO is friendly and inspiring

      Cons

      :- unclear bonus scheme :- benefits could be improved and no current wellbeing programmes in London office :- no canteen, kitchen on the small side :- intranet needs overhaul :- would like to meet colleages in other countries more often :- would like to hear more from senior leadership :- training opportunities are increasing but i would like more

      We have forwarded this to the CMO who will have a big smile on his face. We would have to agree with some of the points you raised. We are working hard on a more robust communication plan regarding bonuses that should start before summer 2017. Our newly established internal communications team is also ‘starting to motor’ and our senior leaders are very much committed to talking more (we’re glad you agree progress is being made). We will pass on your comments to the relevant people regarding the London office to see what we can do.

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
