Pros

I wanted to write a review here as I nearly didn't take the job offer following reading previous posts. It's a company that's grown through many business purchases and naturally there's integration issues. I've found nothing but mainly good people since joining a few months ago. There's a real energy towards change in the business that I'm really excited to be small part of. There's a handful of negative people (aren't there everywhere?), but even they are seeing some good change to take the business forward. They have new training programmes like my induction webcast with a group of senior managers and there's training for leaders and team members which are really good. I feel I'm paid pretty well, but then I knew those terms when I joined. Presuming the business doesn't slip backwards I'll be staying here I suspect for a few years to really develop myself and be part of something which is pretty cool.

Cons

IT is pretty poor. They issue good equipment but seem to be backward in dealing with tickets raised. Communication isn't great - but I understand it's better than it was and you can see they're making changes. Would like to learn about more of our products.

Pros

None, can’t believe I worked here

Cons

All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
