      Pros

      - It has many international clients - You can gain lots experience (If you are capable, your tasks will getting more and more) - You are able to improve your problem solving abilities (Many adhoc tasks) - Good location and near LRT station

      Cons

      - High Turnover due to poor culture (work life balance) - No Bonus due to Target Revenue is too high - Only care about targets,figures and revenues

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
