Pros

Competitive base and fair work life balance. Attended some brilliant leadership training workshops over the last few months with 18 other European colleagues and have to say it's the best training I've ever received. I also got to meet some international colleagues which was a wonderful opportunity to network. It appears new CEO and owner are taking people seriously, I just hope it's not too late For first time in a few years I'm excited about the company future. Office is ok. Work to be done and there's a sense of clearing out the dead wood and people that are out to sabotage growth and change.

Cons

If you don't like change this probably isn't the place for you. Bonus is lacking and suspect that's likely to remain the same whilst we sort ourselves out. Products need radical reform. Please don't just hire a tonne of overpaid people and expect problems to be resolved. Solutions are broken and I believe they now have too many people without clear direction. Not sure I'm confident of leadership capability here. Sales needs big change. New head of sales hasn't made the changes we'd hoped. Sales operations also not cutting it. Sales not supporting us on local level. Global Sales seem to compete for themselves even if it costs company. Sales are order takers from marketing leads.

Pros

None, can’t believe I worked here

Cons

All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
