I work in TMF IT. 1) If in the right team there is great scope to learn 2) Senior Leadership always welcome anyone and everyone to approach them 3) Management is kind hearted and promote learning opportunities 4) You are the owner of your work
Cons
1) Management changes have lead to different approaches to handle the same problems leading to some uncertainty with the Global Strategy 2) Attrition rate is quite high 3) Every country is allowed to do things their own way which results in there being little to no centralized management
