5yWe operate in a fast paced environment, which is both challenging and exciting at the same time. This means that you are always moving and progressing forward. However, the mental wellbeing of our colleagues are important to us, hence we strive to facilitate better and more flexible working arrangements to support better work life balance, which has been an area we have improved in based on internal colleague surveys on how we can improve.
