While there are consistent and regular check-ins done centrally, we also encourage colleagues to voice their concerns via internal Speak Up channels - this will help us in understanding each concerns better and work as a team to resolve them. The leaders of our global team play a key role in driving us forward, and as such, we acknowledge their professional expertise and experience in this regard.
