Pros
Leadership are occupied making all the big hard decisions, they let you pretty much do what you want in regards to how you want to complete your work. They practice absent governance, accountability and responsibility so you dont have to worry about any reprecussions of poor decisions you made or mistakes
Cons
They are constantly in a state of distress, every quarter. For example they just did a big restructure with a lot of people laid off- then as some people were recieivng their final pay slips they had the pleasure of finding out they were also sent the salary information of their coworkers - February 2024
