Pros

Good location and Grade A office building, reasonable packages.

Cons

PUA against colleagues is obvious in some teams , especially the team being cosidered with harmony culture and nice department head, which actually is smokescreen. Worse yet, this PUA culture is top-down, with the department head encouraging staff to join in on the psychological pressure to the victims. No proper channels are available to report PUA or perhaps, the one who should handle this is the one of the most skilled practitioners of these manipulative tactic, who is always looked supportive.

Pros

Strong global brand and reputation in financial printing. Talented production teams with high skill and dedication. Good exposure to international workflows and standards. Fast-paced environment that builds technical competence. Employees genuinely help each other and share knowledge. Clear potential to become a leading hub in the region if people are prioritized.

Cons

Employees often feel undervalued and replaceable, despite heavy workloads. Long hours during peak periods with limited recognition or support. Culture can feel transactional, “deliver first, people second.” Work-life balance is weak given the demands of the business. Lack of proper rest space for employees, especially during long shifts. Benefits and compensation do not match the workload and responsibility. Limited career growth roadmap and structured development for staff. Communication gaps between leadership and the ground-level teams. Feedback culture is not strong, employees hesitate to speak up.
