Wow this place needs help - Anonymous TPI Composites Employee Review

Poor upper management communication. Favoritism still is everywhere. No consistent disciplinary steps. If your liked you are safe if not they'll believe any story. Leaders ask for vacation and are frequently denied. Managers treating supervisors like kids. Feedback is always because I'm the boss. Supervisors are made to work several hours of overtime with no regard to family life. Good leaders and associates are let go for non legitimate reasons while other leaders have many disciplinary actions again them but still employed. Overall not ran well at all.
