      Remote work and decent co-workers.

      Cons

      TPx is full of nepotism and favoritism. Executives hire family members and favor "their picks." They don't know how to install or manage services and are certainly not an MSP. Overall terrible place to work.

      Pros

      Remote work is the only reason to work there.

      Cons

      They are bleeding customers right now, on their 3rd CEO in 3 years. Operations people are running the sales department and are clueless on how to run a sales organization. There are VP's and sales managers that have missed their numbers for years and nothing has been done. Meanwhile they are running the sales organization into the ground with no end in sight.
