Pros

I do not have nothing good to say about the company but love the people I work with excluding the exhausted managers.

Cons

1. Lack of Diversity: TPx's workforce is disappointingly homogenous, lacking representation from various backgrounds, ethnicities, and genders. It feels like a workplace stuck in a different era, with little effort made to promote diversity in hiring or management roles. 2. Inclusive Culture: The company claims to have an inclusive culture, but in reality, it falls far short of this promise. There's a distinct lack of initiatives to foster an environment where all employees feel valued and heard. Many employees from underrepresented groups often feel isolated and unsupported. 3. Diversity Training: TPx's diversity training programs are inadequate and outdated. They do not effectively address the biases and microaggressions that exist within the organization. It's clear that these programs are more about compliance than genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion. 4. Promotions and Advancement: Advancement opportunities are disproportionately skewed towards a select few, and it's often based on who you know rather than your qualifications or contributions. This further perpetuates the lack of diversity in leadership positions. 5. Discrimination and Harassment: I've witnessed instances of discrimination and harassment that went unaddressed by HR. It's disheartening to see such behavior tolerated within the company. 6. Tokenism: TPx tends to engage in tokenism, showcasing a few diverse employees in marketing materials while failing to create a truly diverse workforce or addressing underlying issues. Conclusion: In today's diverse and interconnected world, TPx's lack of commitment to diversity and inclusion is not only disappointing but also detrimental to its growth and reputation. It's time for TPx to reevaluate its policies, invest in comprehensive diversity training, and create an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued and have equal opportunities for growth. I hope that TPx takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to become a more inclusive and diverse workplace in the future.

Pros

I'm really enjoying my time at TPx so far. The new leadership team appears to be making smart, strategic moves. It's a place where you need to be self-motivated and proactive, as they genuinely give you the freedom to take ownership and drive your projects—which I truly appreciate.

Cons

None that I see but I heard annual raises are rare but something that the new leadership team is looking into.

Pros

Remote work is the only reason to work there.

Cons

They are bleeding customers right now, on their 3rd CEO in 3 years. Operations people are running the sales department and are clueless on how to run a sales organization. There are VP's and sales managers that have missed their numbers for years and nothing has been done. Meanwhile they are running the sales organization into the ground with no end in sight.
